Training Provider Licence Agreement — "AI Act Training" recipe
Version 1.0 — 2 July 2026 · GI.VE GROUP S.R.L., P.IVA 01088150147
1. Subject matter
The Training Provider Licence authorises the holder (the "Provider") to use the "AI Act Training" software recipe from the Gi.Ve Engine catalogue to deliver to third parties, for a fee freely determined by the Provider, the AI literacy course it contains, issuing learners certificates of attendance and test completion in the Provider's own name.
2. What it includes
- Certificates stating "course delivered by [Provider]" with the Provider's logo
- Unlimited learners for the licensed site
- Export of course-progress and exam evidence (PDF, CSV, JSON)
- Updates to the course content for the duration of the licence
3. Conditions
- Annual duration, covering a single operating site of the Provider; renews with the subscription.
- Prerequisite: an active Catalogo or All-Access plan for the entire duration.
- The installation resides exclusively on the Provider's infrastructure (the Provider's own server, LAN, VPN). GI.VE GROUP S.R.L. neither hosts nor receives any learner data and assumes no role under the GDPR with respect to such data.
- The Provider is solely responsible for the delivery of the training, for the contractual relationship with its own clients, for the certificates issued and for the compliance of its training activity (including any accreditation or publicly funded training requirements).
- The course content is provided "as is" as teaching material, to be validated and adapted under the Provider's professional responsibility; it does not constitute legal advice.
- Redistribution of the content outside delivery through the recipe is prohibited, as is transferring the licence code to third parties.
- The licence confers no accreditations, titles or qualifications; the certificates do not constitute a certification of legal compliance or third-party certification.
4. Activation and acceptance
The licence code (format GIVE-ERO-…) is delivered by email after purchase and is activated in the recipe's Company tab. Code verification is local: no connection to GI.VE servers. Purchasing at checkout and activating the code constitute acceptance of these terms, in the version in force at the date of purchase.
5. Withdrawal and termination
The Gi.Ve Engine Terms of Service and the purchase terms of the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) apply. Breach of the terms of use (in particular delivering to third parties with only the base licence, or transferring the code) results in termination of the licence.
