For training providers and consultants

🎓 Training Provider Licence
AI Act Training

Art. 4 of the AI Act requires every European company to build AI literacy in its workforce — and the AI Act becomes generally applicable on 2 August 2026. With the Training Provider Licence, you sell this training to your clients: a ready-made course, under your brand, on your server, at the price you decide.

What's included

📜 Certificates in your name

Certificate of Attendance and Test Completion stating "course delivered by [your company]", with your logo and a pre-set legal notice (no claim of official certification).

🧑‍🎓 Unlimited learners

No per-learner cost: flat annual fee per site. Each learner receives their own magic link and takes the course from their device, on your network or VPN.

📚 Complete, tracked course

8 modules on the AI Act and safe use of AI, minimum reading time per slide, weighted final exam with a 90/100 pass threshold, attempts recorded with a tamper-evident hash chain.

📤 Exportable evidence

PDF reports for inspections, CSV of course progress and exams, full JSON export: the documentation you hand to your clients together with the certificates.

  3. 3You deliver the course to your clients at the price you choose: learner data stays on your infrastructure only — Gi.Ve never sees it.

Frequently asked questions

Where does my learners' data live?

On your server only (your own LAN, VPN or Tailscale). Gi.Ve Group neither hosts nor receives any data: that is the architectural principle behind the whole Engine.

Is the certificate an official certification?

No, and it doesn't need to be: the EU Commission FAQ confirms that Art. 4 does not require any third-party certificate — it requires documented training. The certificate attests attendance and test completion, with a limitation notice already included.

Can I use it for publicly funded training (interprofessional funds)?

The licence covers delivery on the open market. Any fund-specific requirements (certified identity, platform standards) remain your responsibility as the training provider.

Can I customise the content?

The content is provided as ready-to-use teaching material, to be validated and adapted under your professional responsibility. The module files are editable markdown.
